Cold water, hot grease. if one engineers it right, and quickly enough, it has potential to stop a perp. You may just want to use hot grease first and then throw cold water right after. But you should not attempt this at home. I say this because people in restaurants may need to know stuff like this.

Situational awareness includes knowing how to use what you have to stop a threat.

See now me, I can light your ass on fire.

And stuff. Blow you up with shit from Lowes or even Kroger.
