You ever read a dictionary?
In a dictionary, you will find words.
The words will typically have multiple meanings.
This is before connotations and context and more come into “play.”
It is word play, all of it.
I started this with a question of you.
What do you think I means?
Crazy. Typical. Military. US
Government Subsidized Housing.
These two meanings intersect.
When I speak of section 8 I often mean several things at once.
One term and many meanings.
And do you comprehend?
Only in part.
Do you really want to know?
A1, section 8 (excerpt)
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
There are more meanings. Yep.
